We know it exists a person, living somewhere in Sweden but not in Stockholm that regularly travel to St:Petersburg for different reasons. We don’t know where he lives in Sweden because he is extremely careful and travel very fast without a trace. Our other intelligence says that "Igor", our alias, seems to meet a contact in Stockholm, delivering and gathering information. We don’t know who this contact is (but we like to), we also don’t know any payment information as Igor always pays cash, we also do not have any passport information as this is actually processed at possibly Russian border. We can´t use mobile positioning as Igor don’t have a mobile phone, at least what we know of. We think Igor choose to meet his contact “in transit” and that Igor don’t stay to long in Stockholm.
Anyone understand that the above scenario is hard to track down but with C11 it is at least possible.
By combining the timeshedules for a few likely travel possibilities w find the following patten.
We use icons boat and bus to make it easier to see, we also estimate minimum 45 min to switch in Stockholm and we also estimate that "Igor" do not want to stay more than 2-3 hours.
With the information above the analyst could understand what route the courier takes and then appropriate action could be taken.
We conclude that the courier can, everyday of the week, travel undetected from a range of 400km from Stockholm, meet the spy in Stockholm for about an hour and then take the package to S:t Petersburg without any possibility to be detected.
As this pattern also exist for the returntrip, and the total traveltime to and from S:t Petersburg is less than 72 hours, the courier could actually be on a permit from jail.
